A real photo postcard of William Tecumseh Heaton, San Gabriel Canyon, San Gabriel, California, USA, circa 1900s. This is a photo of William "Billy" Heaton standing outside of his mine near Peachtree Flat, now known as Heaton Flat, located at East Fork in the San Gabriel Canyon. William is standing to the left of a mine, a shovel in his right hand and a pick-ax over his left shoulder. William is wearing black pants, white button down shirt, black vest, and a black hat. There is also a wheelbarrow directly in front of the mine entrance. The reverse has written in pencil. The stamp box indicates that this postcard was published between 1906 and 1915. This postcard is in good condition.
