Dataset and Python scripts to reproduce the figures from the paper “Disorder-induced stress–flow misalignment in soft glassy materials revealed using multi-directional shear” This repository contains: The experimental dataset (2D rheology and macroscopic rheology data) and the model dataset used in the study. The Python script generate_figures.py that reproduces the main and supplementary figures of the paper directly from the dataset. The data include stress–strain measurements at multiple shear orientations, enabling the analysis of elastic–plastic transitions and stress component evolution. Figures generated include schematics, polar maps, yield surface determination, Herschel–Bulkley fits, and shear reversal/recovery loops. Detailed usage instructions and dataset structure are provided in the included README.md.
