Edu Eco-Furniture Village (KARUPA) Programme Records, Klampok Kasri, Malang, 2026: Supporting Data for a Study of Parametric 3D-Printed Joints between Reclaimed Wood and Recycled HDPE Bottle-Cap Boards

This dataset supports the article “Parametric 3D-Printed Joints as Material Mediators between Reclaimed Wood and Recycled Bottle-Cap Boards”. It documents the community-engagement programme in which the article’s case study took place: the Edu Eco-Furniture Village initiative (brand: KARUPA), a BINUS University @Malang project in Klampok Kasri (RW 02), Gading Kasri, Klojen, Malang, Indonesia, where residents process sorted HDPE bottle caps into recycled “eco-sheet” boards. The data were transcribed from the programme’s Q1-Q2 2026 report (28 slides) into 21 tables and translated from Indonesian into English. They cover the programme timeline and workshops (WS 1-6), machine procurement and handover, the baseline selling value of plastic waste (IDR 2,000/kg), the public exhibition on 13 June 2026 (audience composition, ready-stock and pre-order product counts, sales income), a second exhibition in September 2026, visitor feedback scores, itemised expenditure and budget recap, market-survey records and product groups, post-programme business monitoring, and production-equipment specifications. Figures cited in the article’s Methodology and “Public Reception and Acquisition” sections can be traced to the sheets Timeline_Realization, Key_Indicators, Event_Metrics and Equipment_Specs. The dataset does not contain the parametric CAD model, slicing or printing files of the bracket, the bottle-cap mass measurements, or the sales record of the Semat Table; the printing parameters are reported in Table I of the article.
