Replication Data for: Vaccination Against COvid-19 in Primary Immunodeficiencies

The dataset contains data from the VACOPID study which was conducted between 2021 and 2025. The dataset contains clinical information of 500 patients with primary immunodeficiencies, including diagnosis, use of medication, laboratory results and disease-related complications.
In the VACOPID study patients with primary immunodeficiencies were vaccinated with mRNA-1273 COVID-vaccin and responses were evaluated (antibody and T-cell responses). In a subgroup of patients a 3rd vaccin was adviced and in all patients a booster vaccination. Also after these vaccinations blood samples were taken for evaluation of antibody response and T-cell responses.
The dataset therefore contains data on specific anti-SARS-CoV2 antibodes before and after vaccinations, T-cell responses evaluated by IFN-gamma realease assay at various timepoints, data on neutralzing antibodes / pseudovirus neutralization tests.
