The raw dataset to: Sex chromosome pairing and multivalent associations during meiosis in diploid and polyploid Silene latifolia

The files contain raw sequencing data used in the design of the Silene latifolia ZYP1 antibody, and sequencing data identifying HEI10 Silene latifolia variants. The codon optimized ZYP1 sequence is included in the .geneious file with the full annotation(s). The AlphaFold2 Silene latifolia ZYP1 structure is included in .ipynb file.
