With the increasing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation in the workplace, concerns about employee job satisfaction and turnover intentions have become prominent. Technological advances can increase workplace efficiency and create anxiety about job security. So that employees ultimately influence their turnover intentions. Turnover intention is the intention or tendency of employees to leave the organization, which is influenced by factors such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job opportunities elsewhere. This study uses the statistical technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS as an instrument. Using Google Forms, data from 417 respondents were collected online, but only 386 responses were valid. Respondents are employees from Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and other cities in Indonesia. This study uses the Purposive Sampling method; Data were collected in December 2024. One of the nine hypotheses regarding Turnover Intention towards AI Identity Threat is not significant. This study contributes to providing deeper insights into the influence of artificial intelligence on employee perceptions and their decisions to stay or leave the company. So that more companies can consider the excessive use of AI.
