Heavy chains of antibody sequences were collected from the OAS database, and then digested into trypic peptides (enzym: tryptic, miscleavage: 2). Tryptic peptides that were exclusive to each disease and not available in public protein databases (e.g., UniProt and NCBI-RefSeq) were retained to form the final data files.
