Leaf SPAD, photosynthesis, nitrogen and nitrate concentrations of spring wheat grown under a 6h light-dark cycle

This dataset contains morphological and physiological data of spring wheat blades, grown under a 6h-6h and 12h-12h light-dark cycle. It contains data from two growth chamber experiments. The first experiment, in 2022, compared a 6h-6h light-dark cycle with a 6h-6h, changed to 14h-10h light-dark cycle at the beginning of stem elongation. The second experiment, in 2021 compared a 6h-6h to a 12h-12h light-dark cycle. For the first experiment, it contains data on final blade length, SPAD values throughout development, blade nitrogen and nitrate concentrations, and photosynthetic rates. For the second experiment, it contains data on final blade length, SPAD values throughout development and photosynthetic rates.
