本数据集来源于宁德时代开展的重卡长寿命换电电池性能验证试验,旨在评估重卡换电电池在寿命、能量密度、大功率充放电性能以及低温加热性能水平,为其在换电重卡车型上落地提供数据支撑。宁德时代通过建立电池寿命分析模型,明晰电池衰减机理,研究长寿命电池体系,结合中汽中心开发的换电电池系统振动路谱,开发高效系统成组方案和新型的复合脉冲加热方案。测试由具备 CNAS 资质的第三方机构在试验环境下完成,其中电芯寿命测试方案参考GB/T 31484-2015《电动汽车用动力蓄电池循环寿命要求及试验方法》中6.4标准循环寿命测试方法。充放电功率测试方案参考GB/T 31467-2023《电动汽车用锂离子动力蓄电池包和系统第2部分:高能量应用测试规程》中7.1容量和能量测试方法。测试设备均在校准有效期内,测试过程由第三方机构全流程记录并形成独立报告。测试结果显示,电池寿命通过模型拟合达到10000次以上@1C CC/0.4C DC@70% SOH,电池系统能量密度达到163.1Wh/kg,持续充放电功率达到360kW,最大复合加热速率2.2℃/min。本数据集可为换电电池寿命评估、快充性能提升、低温脉冲加热技术优化提供坚实数据基础,为换电重卡电池在市场的推广提供推波助澜的作用。数据量2.61MB
This dataset is derived from the long-life battery swap battery performance verification test conducted by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL). It aims to evaluate the performance of battery swap batteries in terms of service life, energy density, high-power charging and discharging capabilities, and low-temperature heating performance, providing data support for their application in battery-swappable heavy-duty truck models. CATL developed an efficient system packaging scheme and a novel composite pulse heating scheme by establishing a battery life analysis model, clarifying battery degradation mechanisms, researching long-life battery systems, and combining the vibration road spectrum of battery swap systems developed by China Automotive Technology and Research Center (CATARC). The tests were completed by a CNAS-accredited third-party institution under controlled experimental conditions. The cell life test scheme refers to the cyclic life test method specified in Clause 6.4 of "GB/T 31484-2015 Requirements and Test Methods for Cycle Life of Power Batteries for Electric Vehicles". The charging and discharging power test scheme refers to the capacity and energy test method specified in Clause 7.1 of "GB/T 31467-2023 Lithium-ion Power Battery Packs and Systems for Electric Vehicles Part 2: Test Procedures for High Energy Applications". All test equipment was within its calibration validity period, and the entire testing process was fully documented by the third-party institution, which also issued an independent test report. The test results show that the battery life reaches over 10,000 cycles at 1C constant current (CC)/0.4C direct current (DC) with 70% State of Health (SOH) via model fitting. The battery system energy density reaches 163.1 Wh/kg, the sustained charging and discharging power reaches 360 kW, and the maximum composite heating rate is 2.2℃/min. This dataset can provide a solid data foundation for battery swap battery life assessment, fast-charging performance improvement, and low-temperature pulse heating technology optimization, and support the market promotion of battery-swappable heavy-duty truck batteries. The dataset has a size of 2.61 MB.
