Replication Data: Penentu Organizational Agility dalam Bisnis Digital di Indonesia

This repository contains the raw data collected for the undergraduate thesis titled "Penentu Organizational Agility dalam Bisnis Digital di Indonesia". The data was gathered through surveys and analyzed using SmartPLS to test the research model. Abstract:This study examines the determinants of Organizational Agility in Indonesian digital businesses. It investigates the influence of Digital Capabilities, Strategic CSR Initiatives, Innovation Speed, and Inter-Organizational Learning, while analyzing the moderating role of Risk-Taking Tolerance. Surveying employees via a non-probability purposive sampling technique, 400 responses were gathered, resulting in 372 valid samples analyzed using SEM-PLS. Results indicate that Digital Capabilities, Strategic CSR, Innovation Speed, and Inter-Organizational Learning all have a positive and significant influence on Organizational Agility. Furthermore, Risk-Taking Tolerance significantly moderates the relationship between Inter-Organizational Learning and agility, effectively strengthening the impact of learning processes. These findings offer strategic insights for companies to enhance agility through targeted capability building and fostering a risk-tolerant culture.
