The growing complexity of educational environments has increased the importance of strategic management practices in ensuring institutional effectiveness and educational quality. Educational institutions are increasingly expected to respond to technological advancements, policy reforms, stakeholder expectations, and competitive pressures. This study examines the impact of strategic management practices on educational quality and institutional performance. Through a comprehensive review of contemporary literature and theoretical perspectives, the research investigates the role of strategic planning, leadership, resource allocation, performance evaluation, and stakeholder engagement in improving organizational outcomes. The findings indicate that institutions implementing effective strategic management practices demonstrate higher levels of educational quality, operational efficiency, organizational adaptability, and stakeholder satisfaction. The study emphasizes the necessity of integrating strategic management principles into educational governance to achieve sustainable institutional development and academic excellence.
