CD19-negative cells contain T cells, innate lymphoid cells and dendritic cells. Overall design: These cells were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 mice placed on a normal chow diet (NCD) or an antigen-free diet (AFD) under specific pathogen-free (SPF) or germ-free (GF) conditions using collagenase digestion and FACS sorting for live CD19-negative cells.
