Genotypes of Leishmania braziliensis isolated from human cases of American Tegumentary Leishmaniasis (ATL) in Corte de Pedra, northeast Brazil. These four genotypes files were used in the manuscript entitled 'Leishmania braziliensis causing human disease in Northeast Brazil presents loci with genotypes in long-term equilibrium'. Description of files contents: - CHR24-3074_Sample_1992-2001.fas: Contains sequence data of an approximately 600 base-pairs long locus, starting at nucleotide position 3,074 on chromosome 24 of L. braziliensis. Sample consists of 35 isolates of L. braziliensis obtained from ATL patients in Corte de Pedra between 1992 and 2001. Sequences were exported as alignments in fasta format. - CHR24-3074_Sample_2008-2011.fas: Contains sequence data of an approximately 600 base-pairs long locus, starting at nucleotide position 3,074 on chromosome 24 of L. braziliensis. Sample consists of 111 isolates of L. braziliensis obtained from ATL patients in Corte de Pedra between 2008 and 2011. Sequences were exported as alignments in fasta format. - CHR28-425451_Sample_1992-2001.fas: Contains sequence data of an approximately 600 base-pairs long locus, starting at nucleotide position 425,451 on chromosome 28 of L. braziliensis. Sample consists of 35 isolates of L. braziliensis obtained from ATL patients in Corte de Pedra between 1992 and 2001.
