Codon and Amino Acid Frequencies at 22 Key hACE2 Interface Positions in SARS-CoV-2 Spike (RBD 2020 till early 2025)

This dataset provides observed codon and amino acid frequencies at 22 key Spike protein positions (417, 446, 447, 449, 450, 453, 455, 456, 475–477, 483, 484, 486–494, 498, 500–502, 505) that directly interface with human ACE2.
