Replicate correlations

Replicate correlations between replicate samples of MS2 RNA which has undergone X-ray footprinting in transcript, in virio, post extraction and post reassembly.Correlations are between capillary electrophoresis (CE) traces for different replicates samples analysed using the BoXFP software package.Each file contains Pearson correlation coefficients (PCCs) between replicates pairwise for each of the preprocessing windows employed by the BoXFP software packageThe primer used, treatment condition, and X-ray exposure time is provided in the label of the files. for all treatments 3 replicates have been used excepted for the primer 6 Virion and Reassembled samples where two replicates have been used.
