The phylogenetic trees constructed from distinct genes of CVA-24-FIN05-1-7920 and other EV-C strains, of which a complete genome sequence was available. The nodes with CVA-24-FIN05-1-7920 are shown as sub-trees. The trees were constructed using the Neighbour-Joining method and the Tamura-Nei substitution model.
