Genomic Studies on the Complete Chloroplast Genome of Artocarpus And Ficus Deltoidea (Moraceae)

This project, designed to understand chloroplast (cp) genomics within the Moraceae family, reveals plant evolution, genetic diversity, and adaptation, as it provides stable genetic markers for phylogenetic analysis of its members. Eleven Artocarpus species will be collected from three different geographic locations in Asia.
