MassARRAY Sequenom Genotypes for 91 SNPs in 990 Largemouth Bass Samples

Genotypes for 52 and 39 SNPs in 990 samples (including replicates), using the MassARRAY Sequenom iPLEX platform. Samples include largemouth bass from 52 sites across the eastern United States, representing Northern Largemouth Bass (Micropterus salmoides), diverged Largemouth Bass from the Mobile-Tensaw Delta (M. salmoides), Florida Bass (M. floridanus), and their hybrids. These 91 SNPs were developed from genotype-by-sequencing data to determine hybridization and genetic integrity among the 3 lineages using the program STRUCTURE. 18 of these SNPs are typically excluded from STRUCTURE runs due to quality control testing.
