We report the chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by next generation sequencing (ChIP-seq) on flag tagged top-2 and nmad-1 transgeneic strains. We generated over 200 million reads from the IP'd DNA as well as input controls. We found that nmad-1 cobound with top-2 for approximately 80% of regions with p < 0.0001 (Fisher's exact test). Top-2 localization was also depedent on nmad-1 as half of the sites were no longer bound by top2 after nmad-1 deletion.
