Raw Data for the Timeline vs Timepoint EPG Analysis in Rhopalosiphum padi

This is the raw data associated with the analysis: https://github.com/dankunk/Timepoint-vs-Timeline-EPG-Analysis. To utilize this raw data for the analyses in the linked github repository, please unzip the data folders, removed them from the zipped folder, and include them one directory above the R-project directory. The code utilized in the linked repo will try to find these files with paths such as `../EPG_data/`. Thus, placing the extracted folder it one directory above the project directory will allow the results to be reproduced on machines other than my own. The directory `EPG_data` contains the raw EPG recordings in addition to the waveform annotation files. To view these files manually, please use the EPG Stylet+ ANA software from EPGSystems (Wageningen, The Netherlands). The directory `EPG_variables` contains the behavioral variables calculated from the EPG annotations. The directory `Perf_data` contains the performance assay dataset.
