在该数据集里,我们主要是通过荧光显微图片、免疫共沉淀以及测定酶活性等实验数据,证实病毒蛋白对液泡酸化的抑制作用。首先,通过荧光显微镜和免疫共沉淀实验,我们验证了病毒蛋白γa与VHA-B2的互作。随后,我们通过对V-ATPase酶活性的检测及荧光显微镜观察发现其对液泡酸化的抑制和对自噬小体降解的抑制现象。本数据集完全共享。所用的显微镜主要有蔡司激光共聚焦显微镜和莱卡共聚焦显微镜,所用的其他设备还包括电泳设备、转印设备和显影设备。
In this dataset, we primarily used experimental data including fluorescence microscopy images, co-immunoprecipitation and enzyme activity assays to confirm the inhibitory effect of viral proteins on vacuolar acidification. First, we verified the interaction between viral protein γa and VHA-B2 via fluorescence microscopy and co-immunoprecipitation experiments. Subsequently, through detection of V-ATPase enzyme activity and fluorescence microscopy observation, we identified the inhibitory effects of the viral protein on vacuolar acidification and autophagosome degradation. This dataset is fully shared. The microscopes used mainly include Zeiss laser scanning confocal microscope and Leica confocal microscope, and other equipment used includes electrophoresis equipment, transfer equipment and development equipment.
