Maxicircles_Rogers_2014

This dataset contains 3 maxicircles sequences assembled from Illumina sequence reads; the sequencing of total DNA from these Leishmania infantum isolates was carried out by Roggers et al. (2014. PLoS Genet 10, e1004092. PMID: 24453988). The assembling was done following the procedure described by Camacho et al (2019. Genes (Basel) 10, 758; PMID: 31561572). The maxicircle coding regions are indicated by upper letters in the sequences. The archive has fasta format (BioEdit).
