Population genomics of honeybees from Colombia

We performed Illumina short-read sequencing of 29 samples of honeybee collected at high and low elevations in Colombia. The goal of the study was to identify the genetic basis of adaptation to high elevations in these populations. We conducted population genomic analyses to reveal differences in allele frequencies between the high and low elevation populations.
