Transcriptome of pigment peppers under different nitrogen fertilizer treatments

The phenotypes of colored chili peppers changed under high, medium, and low treatments, and there were significant differences in fruit color transformation and ripening time among the three treatments. Therefore, transcriptome analysis was conducted to explore the intrinsic relationship between nitrogen fertilizer and colored chili peppers fruit ripening and color, and to analyze the reasons for different levels of transformation
