The goal of this study is to identify changes in gene expression between acinar and low-grade PanIN lesions in p48Cre;LSL-KrasG12D mice. Overall design: Using laser capture microdissection (LCM), acinar cells and low-grade (LG) panIN were isolated from p48Cre;LSL-KrasG12D (KC) mice.
