The Juruna (Yudjá) Consultation Protocol and the Belo Sun case: multinormarive spaces and decolonial possibilities

Abstract This article analyzes the environmental licensing of the Volta Grande Project based on the decision of the Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region, which determined the prior consultation according to the Juruna Consultation Protocol. From the case study and documental and bibliographic analysis, it was investigated how this protocol is legally recognized and how can open up multi-normative and decolonial possibilities.
