We developed a high-throughput electroporation system utilizing digital microfluidics (DMF) for efficient cellular reprogramming. This dataset contains RNA-seq profiles of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) derived from human dermal fibroblasts using the DMF platform. The study aims to validate the pluripotency of the generated iPSCs.
