本数据集基于杨陵区老年人康养原始数据(包括基础生理指标、生化检测、慢病档案、饮食习惯、进食能力等多维度信息),经过系统化深度加工形成。数据摒弃了简单的信息罗列,构建了“个人画像-动态评估-智能规划-反馈跟踪”的闭环逻辑。每条记录不仅包含标准化档案,更衍生出多维营养风险分类、个性化膳食规则等核心智能成果,实现了从离散健康数据到个性化、可执行营养干预方案的创造性转变。数据集直接支撑营养评估模型与智能推荐系统,为智慧康养服务提供了可直接调用的决策数据支撑。
This dataset is developed from the original elderly care and wellness data of Yangling District, which covers multi-dimensional information including basic physiological indicators, biochemical test results, chronic disease records, dietary habits, eating ability and other aspects, after systematic in-depth processing. Instead of simple information enumeration, it constructs a closed-loop logic of "Personal Profile - Dynamic Assessment - Intelligent Planning - Feedback Tracking". Each record not only includes standardized health records, but also derives core intelligent outcomes such as multi-dimensional nutritional risk classification and personalized dietary rules, realizing a creative transformation from discrete health data to personalized and actionable nutritional intervention plans. The dataset directly supports nutritional assessment models and intelligent recommendation systems, providing directly callable decision-making data support for smart eldercare and wellness services.
