In present study, we identified the main QTLs and its candidate genes which involve in regulating the tiller bud to grow into tillers under high temperature climates in summer season, by carrying out QTL mapping, RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) and bulked segregant resequencing (BSA-seq) conjoint analysis using a rice recombinant inbred line (RIL) population generated the crossing of a japonica rice line and an indica rice line.
