Source data for "Hyperdoped silicon photodetectors enable room-temperature computational SWIR imaging at 1550 nm"

This dataset contains the source data underlying the main-text and Supplementary Information figures for the manuscript “Hyperdoped silicon photodetectors enable room-temperature computational SWIR imaging at 1550 nm”. The dataset includes the minimum processed data used to generate each figure, including current–voltage characteristics, 1550 nm photocurrent and responsivity measurements, linear dynamic range data, transient response and frequency-response data, preamplifier-sensitivity optimization, current-noise spectra, spectral responsivity data, filter transmittance spectra, and supplementary dark-current comparison data. The files are organized by figure number and are intended to support reproduction of the plotted results and numerical values reported in the manuscript and Supplementary Information.
