数据资料主要包括巴基斯坦、尼泊尔、印度和斯里兰卡四个南亚国家小水电及农村电气化的基础数据。巴基斯坦数据含水电项目名称、是否为巴基斯坦水电开发署（WAPDA）项目、项目经纬度坐标、总装机、年发电量、坝高、大坝类型、电站状态、水电开发形式、位置等；尼泊尔数据含水电项目名称、项目坐标、总装机、电站状态、所在河流等；印度数据含水电项目名称、项目经纬度坐标、总装机、电站状态、位置、所在河流、电站厂房名称、厂房坐标、厂房编号、水电开发形式、厂房结构类型、厂房位置、厂房建成年份、水轮机台数、每台水轮机容量、厂房最低泄降水位、年设计产能、恒定功率、水轮机水头等级、导水系统长度、水轮机机型、发电机制造商、水轮机制造商、额定水头、比转速、转速、压力钢管数量、压力钢管长度、压力钢管尺寸、通过每根钢管的设计排放量、是否是抽水蓄能、注释、用户名、厂房状态、所在省份、所在流域、业主、厂房类型、水电流域、最大最小净水头等；斯里兰卡数据含水电项目名称、项目经纬度坐标、总装机等。电气化的数据包括南亚七国各国的总体通电率、城市通电率、农村通电率、无电人口数量（单位：百万）等。

This dataset primarily includes basic data on small hydropower and rural electrification for four South Asian countries: Pakistan, Nepal, India, and Sri Lanka. The data for Pakistan covers hydropower project name, whether the project is developed by the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) of Pakistan, project latitude and longitude coordinates, total installed capacity, annual power generation, dam height, dam type, power station status, hydropower development form, location, and other related information; the data for Nepal includes hydropower project name, project coordinates, total installed capacity, power station status, and the river where the project is located, etc.; the data for India encompasses comprehensive information of hydropower projects, including project name, project latitude and longitude coordinates, total installed capacity, power station status, location, river where the project is located, powerhouse name, powerhouse coordinates, powerhouse serial number, hydropower development form, powerhouse structure type, powerhouse location, year of powerhouse completion, number of turbines, capacity of each turbine, minimum discharge water level of the powerhouse, annual designed power output, constant power, turbine head grade, length of water diversion system, turbine model, generator manufacturer, turbine manufacturer, rated head, specific speed, rotational speed, number of penstocks, penstock length, penstock size, designed discharge per penstock, whether it is a pumped storage project, annotations, username, powerhouse status, province where the project is located, river basin where the project is located, owner, powerhouse type, hydropower river basin, maximum and minimum net heads, and other relevant contents; the data for Sri Lanka covers hydropower project name, project latitude and longitude coordinates, total installed capacity, etc. Additionally, the electrification-related data includes the overall electrification rate, urban electrification rate, rural electrification rate, number of people without access to electricity (unit: million), and other statistical indicators of the seven South Asian countries.
