RNAseq of whole tergali (tracheal gill) regeneration of Cloeon dipteron nymphs

RNA-seq datasets from a regeneration experiment on the tracheal gills of Cloeon dipterum nymphs. There are five different group samples and three biological replicates per group: Regenerated gills and their contralateral (non amputated) at two timepoints after amputation (2 and 4 days post amputation). Gills that were amputated were also sequenced as (Control). Around 200 gills were used per sample. Tissues were fast frozen in liquid nitrogen and Trizol was used for the RNA extraction. Samples were sequenced at the CNAG (Centre de Regulacio Genomica), paired end low input mRNA library and NovaSeq 6000 S1 Illumina sequencing.
