Investigation of Proactive Work Behaviour in Narcotics Correctional Institution: A Survey Data

This data set contains the results of a survey of 272 narcotics correctional institution officers in Indonesia. The survey was conducted to obtain data on Proactive Personality, Supportive Supervision, Role Breadth Self-Efficacy, Change Orientation, and Proactive Work Behavior officers. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) technique using SmartPLS. This data set contributes to future research on strengthening employee Proactive Work Behaviour in public organizations.
