We use a larval zebrafish model to assess the transcriptomic alterations caused by sub-phenotypic concentrations triphenyl phosphate using two different exposure paradigms. Overall design: We use two approaches to evaluate potential toxicological mechanisms; using two exposure paradigms, we determine differentially expressed genes, and compare serial dilutions of triphenyl phosphate to the vehicle control and we determine the Point of Departure (POD) for each drug by modelling gene expression changes as continuous systems.
