The Detectability - Wang dataset contains systematic, quantitative and deep proteome and transcriptome abundance atlas from 29 paired healthy human samples, serving as a molecular baseline to study human biology. The dataset is curated by Aalborg University in Denmark in collaboration with Wilhelmlab at TU Munich, and the data is sourced from the PXD010154 project in the PRIDE database.
