BasinGraph reproducibility data v2.0.0: prospective COCO/BBOB and CUTEst holdouts, historical MATLAB validation and source data

This record contains the reproducibility materials supporting BasinGraph 2.0.0-rc1. It includes official COCO/BBOB prospective-holdout observer logs and cocopp outputs, results and convergence histories for the frozen prospective CUTEst holdout, historical MATLAB validation materials, final manuscript and supplementary files, figure source data, frozen experimental protocols, software-environment records, and SHA-256 integrity manifests.
