This dataset includes the data on soil physicochemical and microbial resource limitations under the natural plant species diversity gradient in Mulun Nature Reserve in 2020. The dataset consists of an excel file that covers basic soil information at the study site, soil enzyme activity ratios, enzyme stoichiometric parameters (vector length, vector angle, and threshold element ratio), and stoichiometric imbalances in soil and microbial biomass data. Furthermore, the dataset also includes laboratory incubation experiment with nitrogen and phosphorus addition.
