Transcriptomic gene expression analysis of LN-229 cells stimulated for 48 h or 144 h with temozolomide is compared to unexposed cells for the characterisation of the glioblastoma senescence phenotype Overall design: To investigate the gene expression profile of LN-229 cells upon exposure to 50 µM temozolomide (TMZ), LN-229 cells were exposed for 48 h, 144 h or unexposed to TMZ. We then performed comparative gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq data obtained from 3 independent experiments.
