资源简介:
Agaricus bisporus is one of the most produced mushrooms in the world. So, considering the high demand for Agaricus bisporus, its stable production is required. Traditionally, substrates used for Agaricus bisporus cultivation include wheat straw, horse manure, chicken manure, and cow manure. Our study focused on a mixed substrate of horse manure and rice straw. The preparation of substrate is divided into primary and secondary fermentation phases. In this study, we examined the bacterial flora of primary and secondary post-fermentation substrates used for Agaricus bisporus production using 16S rRNA gene analysis and discuss the relationship between bacterial flora and Agaricus bisporus yield.
