c-Myc drives age-related cell size increase and clonal expansion of B cells culminating in B cell lymphoma

Age is the single major risk factor for human cancer, however, naturally occurring cancers are rarely studied in aging animal models. Like in humans, standard laboratory mice spontaneously develop cancer with age and predominantly die from B cell lymphoma. Here, we uncover how B cell lymphoma develops as a consequence of the aging immune system.
