RNA-seq analysis of genes derived from smut fungus, Ustilago esculenta, involved in coexistence of U. esculenta and Zizania latifolia.

Ustilago esculenta is a smut fungus that parasitizes Zizania latifolia. In order to identify the gene clusters that are important for the interaction between U. esculenta and Z. latifolia, the expression levels of the genes derived from U. esculenta at each growth stage were comprehensively analyzed using RNA-seq analysis.
