Alopecurus myosuroides seed transcriptome

RNAseq dataset of dormant and after-ripened (non-dormant) Alopecurus myosuroides (blackgrass) diaspores (seeds). Seeds were either dry, or imbibed at differing temperatures (8oC and 16oC) over a timecourse. The objective of the study was to gain insights into the regulation of seed dormancy in A. myosuroides.
