Vascular plant GDM transformed grids for the Nearctic Boreal Forest / Taiga and Neotropical Moist Tropical Forest Bio-Realms

This collection contains GDM transformed grids for vascular plant species compositional turnover models for two bio-realms: the Nearctic Boreal Forest / Taiga and Neotropical Moist Tropical Forest. The GDM parameter files are included, along with some outputs describing the GDM model outputs.

This is just two of the many GDM models for bio-realms of the world.

This collection is compiled for the purpose of testing the new R-packaged Survey Gap Analysis Tool.

Data are raster ESRI float files (*.flt and *.hdr) in geographics, WGS84, 0.008333 degrees, approximately 250 m global grids.
