The example dataset is provided withing the folder structure required by the workflow files. Included are also examples of subfolder content. It is shared here as part of a data processing example at https://github.com/lsigut/EC_workflow to overcome file size limitation of GitHub. The files will be deleted when openeddy vignette will be produced.
