Jinjimiyou and Huangjinmiyou Raw sequence reads

''Huangjinmiyou'' is breeding from ''Guanximiyou'', an ancient cultivar in Fujian Province in China. Recently, an red-pericarp mutation (''Jinjimiyou'' ) was found in ''Huangjinmiyou''. The aim of this study is to find is there any differences in transcriptome in ripening sarcocarp between ''Huangjinmiyou'' and ''Jinjimiyou'' . The experimental materials are the ripening sarcocarp of ''Huangjinmiyou'' and ''Jinjimiyou'', with 3 biological replicates. 6 samples were used for RNA-seq, 42.03Gb clean data was obtained, Q30 is up to or more than 92.09%.
