Kinetic Fluorimetric Determination of Catecholamines
收藏资源简介:
Adrenaline and noradrenaline form fluorescent derivatives at different rates, so time-resolved fluorescence adds information beyond a single spectrum. The release contains 64 measurements from 33 standard solutions, generally measured in duplicate. X20t.mat contains X20t (64 x 12 x 10 x 20), X60t.mat contains X60t (64 x 12 x 10 x 60), Xlarge.mat contains Xlarge (64 x 48 x 30 x 60), and y64s.mat contains y64s (64 x 2 reference concentrations, adrenaline then noradrenaline). Concentration ranges are 50-1200 nmol/L for adrenaline and 30-1400 nmol/L for noradrenaline. The arrays retain the released spectral and temporal reductions and NaN values.
