"QUALITY ASSURANCE AND JOB SATISFACTION OF PUBLIC SECONDARY TEACHERS IN TAGUM CITY DIVISION"

Job Satisfaction is very vital to teachers. Unfortunately, this has never been given much attention considering the new normal. This study determined the extent of quality assurance and job satisfaction of public secondary teachers in the Tagum City Division.
It also aimed to find out the significant relationship of the two
variables. In addition, it explored the domains of quality assurance that significantly influence job satisfaction. With the use of total complete sampling,
240 Tagum City public high school teachers were selected as the respondents.
Utilizing the descriptive-correlational survey method, the data collated were analyzed through the use of Mean, Product-Moment correlation and Regression Analysis. Results revealed that there was a very extensive quality assurance and job satisfaction. Furthermore, there was a significant relationship between quality assurance and job satisfaction. Moreover, curriculum design, professional development, curriculum implementation, student support services, and program management were domains of quality assurance that significantly influence job satisfaction. Since the result revealed that there was a significant relationship between quality assurance and job satisfaction, various programs, interventions and activities may be carefully planned to sustain the very extensive level of quality assurance and job satisfaction.
