Optimizing preschool hearing screening by community health workers in resource-constrained settings: a comparison of three protocols in low resource settings in South Africa.

This datasheet contains de-identified data that was used for statistical analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics for Windows (version 25.0 Armonk, NY) in order to compare three protocols used for hearing screening. Three logistic regression models were built to evaluate the association between screening outcome and protocol, age and gender for the initial screening, final (overall) screening, as well as the final result after the first-line follow-up. A multiple linear regression model was used to estimate the association between test duration and protocol, age and gender. <br>
