This repository contains a de-identified graduate survey dataset derived from the 2024 graduating cohort of Xiangxi Vocational and Technical College for Nationalities. The data support research on sustainable employment and entrepreneurship outcomes among vocational college graduates in an ethnic minority region. The shared files include authorized de-identified records, variable descriptions, and coding information. All personally identifiable and privacy-sensitive information has been removed prior to release.
