To gain insights into the mechanisms underlying BMI1 activity we assessed binding of BMI1, the PRC1 member RING1B, and the PRC-associated histone marks H3K27me3 and H2AK119ub in SREs and in iSREs. Cut&Run was used to profile PRC1 complex members Bmi1, Ring1b, H2AK119Ub, and H3K27me3 in SRE cells (untransduced) and iSRE cells (overexpressing Bmi1)
